Fiocruz makes arrangement to reduce spending on drugs

The Fundação Oswaldo Cruz - Fiocruz announced the signing of a Public Private Partnership - PPP with Brazilian pharmaceutical Libbs fo research and production, with technology transfer, of an immunosuppressive drug which is imported. The Ministry of Health estimates savings of BRL 240 million in five years with the local production of the drug.
